Audits & Backups

Systems can be set up to allow software changes to be documented such that during audits it is possible to verify that the changes have been implemented properly and fully documented. If the change was for temporary reasons it is removed as soon as it is no longer necessary

To these ends a file is created containing change record sheets, printouts and software backups

An off site backup is also held ensuring that in the case of a failure of the hardware the system can be re-instated with the minimum delay and loss of production
